Pull apart the Velcro straps on each moon shoe. Place your feet into your moon shoes, and pull the Velcro straps tightly until they feel snug, yet comfortable. Fasten the Velcro straps securely.
Crouch down to the ground by bending your knees as if you were going to ski downhill. Your moon shoes should now have enough forced weight on them to add a spring to your jump.
Push off the ground by jumping up and forward swiftly so that your moon shoes both leave the ground at the same time. This will keep you from landing crooked.
Land on your moon shoes, and immediately repeat Step 3 over again so that the jumping becomes like a rabbit hopping forward.
Sit down when finished jumping to remove your moon shoes.
