How to Reset a vMigo

Jakks Pacfic manufactures the vMigo, a handheld virtual pet. With the vMigo, your children can learn all that is necessary to raise a pet, including feeding, training and playing with the pet. As with all electronic devices, the vMigo may not always operate as intended. When problems arise with the operation of the vMigo, you need to reset the device, returning it to factory settings.

      Turn the vMigo over so the back of the unit is facing up.

      Press the end of a paper clip into the small hole and press the "Reset" button. All of the information stored on the vMigo will delete and the device will return to the factory default settings.

      Start the vMigo again to ensure the reset procedure was successful. If the reset did not fix the problem, repeat this process and hold the "Reset" button for several seconds.
