Construction
The Giga Ball is constructed from segmented, vinyl pockets. The sections are inflated to offer protection against the ground and other objects. The Giga Ball is available in different colors and sizes, with the smallest size being 51 inches in diameter.
Uses
Children crawl over or through the Giga Ball. Once a child is inside the ball, he can roll around or be pushed about by his friends. Even when used properly, the Giga Ball can cause assorted bumps and bruises.
Misconceptions
Despite its design, the Giga Ball is not meant to be rolled down hills. Doing so could result in serious injury, as the children are unable to stop the ball or protect themselves from potential dangers, such as trees, fences or oncoming traffic.
Considerations
The Giga Ball is meant to be used under parental supervision. Failing to do so increases the risk of injury.
Warning
The Giga Ball is not a flotation device and should never be used near water. If the Giga Ball rolls into a pool or other body of water with a child inside, there is a risk of drowning.
