The Magic Dream Castle also serves the same purpose; it has rooms, furniture and accessories and a royal family.
Choose the dollhouse that best suits your tastes or the needs of the child. The Grande Mansion and Dream Castle sets are both very detailed and expensive, with many add-ons and accessories from which to choose. The Take-Along house is practical for a little girl often on the go who would enjoy bringing her favorite toys along. The Modern Home makes a great, expandable dollhouse.
Find a source and purchase the dollhouse. Playmobil is available in a great selection online, and Playmobil sets can also be purchased at large retailers, especially over the Christmas holiday season.
Purchase accessories for the dollhouse. The Modern Home needs an outdoor greenhouse and gardening accessories, as well as a city van to transport the family to various destinations. Add Playmobil laundry room pieces to the Take Along Dollhouse or a Playmobil Wedding Carriage to the Victorian Mansion set.
Expand the dollhouse. The Modern House has two additions that can be added to the original floor plan, giving more room for modern furnishings and family members. The Victorian Grande Mansion also has an entire floor that can be added under the roof, and an additional Grande Mansion staircase.
Set up and enjoy the Playmobil dollhouse. Follow the instructions for the initial dollhouse put-together, and furnish as desired.
