Find your images for your coloring book. You can browse sites on the Internet for coloring pages to print out. Once you have found several outline images for your coloring book, print them out onto the Manila paper.
If you do not have a computer, you can draw outlines of simple images using the black permanent marker on the Manila paper.
Take your coloring pages and punch three holes on the left side of the page using the three-hole punch.
Put the coloring pages into the three ring binder or into the brads of the folder.
Give your completed coloring book to your child with crayons or markers.
