Building Instructions for a 7695 Astro Fighter

Founded in 1932 by Ole Kirk Kristiansen, the LEGO Group is the world's fourth largest toy manufacturer, in terms of sales. Its flagship product is the LEGO brick. Six single color 2-by-4 bricks have over 900 million combinations. In its present form since 1958, the LEGO brick is found in video games, cartoons, massive multiplayer online role-playing games, building sets and clothing. With a building set for Barbie, Harry Potter and Indiana Jones, the LEGO brick is here to stay.

Instructions

    • 1

Assemble the astronaut's helmet, visor, head, torso and legs. Combine the alien's upper and lower body.

    • 2

Build the fuselage. Begin with the 2-by-10 white plate connecting a 2-by-4 black plate horizontally at one end. Combine the two black 4-by-4 wedges to form the base of the fuselage. Begin construction of the engine brick on the 2-by-4 black plate with two black hinge bricks. Add a 2-by-4 gray brick followed by two more black hinge bricks.

    • 3

Place the astronaut in the fuselage's black wedge seat. Cover him with the orange windscreen connecting it to the fuselage's engine housing. Add stickers on tail wing and rudder. Connect the rudder to the end of the engine brick. Add the tail wing to the brick.

    • 4

Assemble each wing. Begin with a black 2-by-4 plate. Place one white hinge plate on each end. Position a blue 1-by-2 plate between them. Add a black 2-by-4 plate next to the blue plate and complete the wing's second level. Complete each wing by adding an orange 1-by-2 grille tile.

    • 5

Connect the two wings to the fuselage. Each wing has two white hinge plates. These connect to the fuselage's black hinge plates. Place a 1-by-1 vertical clip on each end of the blue 1-by-1 brick. Add the 1-by-1 gray clip to the top. Join the accessory gem to the gray clip's rotating section. Combine two black stud bricks onto the gray clip. Complete the mining laser by adding the blue cone. Join the laser to the fuselage's engine brick.
