How to Build a LEGO Lugia

Lie your white 8-by-2 brick horizontally on a hard, flat surface. This is Lugia's body. Attach one of the white, flat, 3-by-2 bricks to the left end on the top and another one underneath.

Skip one space from from left and attach another white, flat 3-by-2 brick on top and then another one underneath that lines up with the top one. This is Lugia's head.

Count two spaces from the right end of Lugia's body brick. Attach a white, flat 4-by-2 brick sticking out each side, starting to form the wings. On the last bump of each of these bricks, attach another 4-by-2 white, flat brick on each side. Then, on the second to last bump of each of these second bricks, attach a third 4-by-2 white, flat brick on each side. This completes Lugia's wings.

Attach two 1-by-1 white bricks together. Attach the other two 1-by-1 white bricks together. Attach the white, flat 2-by-1 brick to the bottom of each white 1-by-1 column. Now, attach each column to the underside of Lugia's wings in the second space underneath where the second white flat brick begins. These are Lugia's feet.

Attach the white, flat 6-by-1 brick to the right end of Lugia's body on the side closest to you. This is the tail. Attach at a 90 degree angle a blue, flat 2-by-1 brick to last space of the tail. Attach another blue, flat 2-by-1 brick to the last space of this blue brick, parallel to the white tail piece.

Attach a blue, flat 2-by-1 brick on top of the first space of the second brick of Lugia's wing, so that it sticks out backward. Do this on both wings. Repeat on the first space of the third brick of of wings with another flat, blue 2-by-1 brick. Your LEGO Lugia is complete.
