Instructions

    • 1

Buy a Lego car construction set from any toy or hobby store. Put the Lego car together according to the enclosed directions. Young children may need extra assistance from an adult.

    • 2

Cut the rubber band so it lays flat in a single line. Put one end of the rubber band through the opening in the axle of the Lego car. Take the trailing end of the rubber band and insert it through the loop that was formed by the first end of the band. Pull it in the direction of the other axle.

    • 3

Put the second end of the band through the opening in the second axle of the car. Pull it up and under and pull it through the loop to make a knot. Manually turn the gear at the front of the car. This will wind the rubber band. Put the car on the floor and remove your hand. The car will move across any flat, hard surface.
