LEGO Ferrari Scuderia Truck Building Instructions

The Lego Ferrari Scuderia Truck kit, with 813 individual pieces, is one of the larger and more complex Lego construction sets. If you follow the assembly steps, however, you can soon have your own transport truck, race car, pit crew and tools.

Instructions

    • 1

Open the packet of bricks labeled No. 1, if you have not already done so.

    • 2

Assemble your minifigures. The Ferrari Scuderia Truck comes with a race car driver and full pit crew. For each, attach the torso to the legs. Attach the head and helmet or hat. Use the stickers for the front and back of the torso section.

    • 3

Assemble the pit crew's tools. Using the pieces provided, assemble the rolling cart for the tool cases, and add the tool cases themselves (adhere the stickers for each). Assemble the rolling tool chest, complete with doors that open. Place the tools in the chest, and the stickers on the doors. Snap the wheels onto the dolly, and the racks onto the freestanding tool racks. Assemble the model pump, complete with stickers.

    • 4

Open the packet of bricks labeled No. 2, if you have not already done so.

    • 5

Construct the race car. Working from the black base piece with the hole in the center, assemble the body of the car, including wheel axles. Attach the seating and steering wheel and seating for the driver. When the body of the car is complete, add the decorative decals and wheels.

    • 6

Open the packets of bricks labeled Nos. 3 and 4.

    • 7

Construct the cab of the truck. Work from the black base pieces to construct the base, including the wheel axles. Working up from the red base piece, assemble the seating area of the cab, including seat and steering wheel. When complete, attach this portion to the base, then add the front and roof. Attach the decorative stickers and wheels.

    • 8

Open the packets of bricks labeled Nos. 5 through 8.

    • 9

Construct the rear compartment of the truck. Use the long, thin red base pieces along the sides and front, held together by the large black floor pieces (these black pieces, unlike most base pieces, are standard brick thickness). Work up from these pieces to form the sides of the rear compartment. Attach the moveable roof and side door when the body is complete. Build and attach the rear entry ramp, followed by the structural pieces and wheels on the underside of the compartment. Attach the decorative stickers.
