Instructions
Use a smooth flat surface for building Lego buses and accessories. The toy maker suggests using a table top as opposed to a carpeted floor. Use the pictorial bus building instructions as a reference for the sizes and placement of individual pieces.
Snap the raised bump sides of Lego blocks into the open undersides of other Lego blocks to connect them. Use the blocks, slabs, windows and other special pieces for assembling Lego vehicles. The Lego bus provides room for a driver and passenger included in the set.
Create the base platform with three flat dark gray slabs. Connect the various sized slabs with dark gray plank ribs. Add the individual axle blocks, the light gray flooring slabs, wheel wells and front and back bumpers and lights. Snap in the seat bases and all pieces of the lower bus walls.
Snap the red seats on the seat bases. Put the steering wheel on in front of the forward seat for the driver. Place the windows on over the lower walls. Build the two black window dividers between the windows on the side of the Lego bus with no doors. Affix the advertisement and bus line stickers to the white headers. Place the headers on over the window tops. Snap the clear doors into the door frames and snap in place in the long door openings.
Put the roof supports on over the headers. Snap the side mirrors onto the clamps at both sides of the windshield header. Put the driver and passenger into seats through the top opening of the Lego bus and snap the yellow roof slabs and racks on over the top.
