LEGO 7671 Instructions

Lego Star Wars has exploded in popularity, spawning a huge array of specialty pieces and construction sets, and even numerous video games. One of these construction sets is set 7671, the AT-PT Walker (or All Terrain Attack Pod). This is one of the more complex Lego Star Wars sets, but with patience and care, you will soon have your own AT-PT with which to wage the clone wars!

Instructions

    • 1

Construct your clone trooper. Attach the torso and arms to the leg piece, then snap on the black head and white helmet.

    • 2

Construct the base of the AT-PT's "head," or passenger section. Using the gray and black pieces provided, construct the base on which the seating area, weaponry, and armor will be attached.

    • 3

Build the weapons controls. Using the gray and black pieces provided, as well as the black and blue cylindrical bar pieces, assemble this area. Then, attach this area to one side of the assembled base.

    • 4

Build the seating area. On top of the tan platform, attach the black seat, the black joystick-style controls, and the black and gray control screen. Then, attach the platform to the other side of the constructed base.

    • 5

Construct the storage area. Using the bricks provided, assemble this area separate from the base and additional completed construction. Don't forget the yellow storage drum and white lid! When this area is complete, add it to your assembled "head" section, in the center area.

    • 6

Construct a second seating area. Using the second tan platform, attach a second seat, this time with the green-topped control box and two black control rods. Then, attach this seating area to the assembled "head," opposite the existing seating area.

    • 7

Assemble the legs. Using the gray and black leg pieces, the large gray "foot" pieces, the flat green accent pieces, and the red, blue, and gray cylindrical rods, assemble each leg. Don't forget the light and dark gray circular accent pieces at the two "joints" of each leg. Once the legs are complete, attach them to opposite sides of the "head" section.

    • 8

Assemble the retractable stability leg for weapons firing. Using the gray and black leg pieces, the large gray "foot" pieces, and the blue and gray cylindrical rods, assemble the retractable leg. Again, don't forget the light and dark gray circular accent pieces, this time at the joint and below it. Once the leg is complete, attach it below the front of the "head" section.

    • 9

Attach the front gun. The long, light-gray cylindrical barrel snaps onto the front center of the "head." The black muzzle then attaches to the front of the barrel.

    • 10

Assemble the armor. Separately assemble the front armor, followed by each side, then the rear, and finally the flip-open top armor section. Once each armor section is complete, attach it to the "head."

    • 11

Assemble the cannon. Use the thick cylindrical barrel sections and their connector pieces, followed by the muzzle. Once it is complete, attach it to the front armor of the "head," above the existing gun.

    • 12

Build the top, manned gun and the seating section for firing it. Using the pieces provided, assemble this section separately. Then, once it is complete, attach it to the top section of the armor on the "head," above the larger cannon.

You are now ready to play.
