Construct a base for the vehicle's passenger compartment. First, place two flat, rectangular black pieces with a single-circle top next to each other, long sides touching. On top of these, snap a 1-by-3 light-gray piece into place, with the third circle extending off the front. On top of this piece, place another identical piece, but with a circle extending off of the back. Over the unused circle of the lower piece, place a double-barreled gun.
Build the compartment upwards. Atop the top piece, attach a black single-circled block, surrounded by two light-gray single-circled blocks, with the circles on the sides facing outwards. Atop the rear light-gray block, place another single-circled light-gray block, with the circle depressions facing outwards. Atop the black single-circled block and the front light-gray single-circled block, place two flat, rectangular, dark-gray pieces with a single-circle top, followed by a flat, rectangular black piece with a single-circle top.
Construct the sides of the passenger compartment. On each side, and flush with the top and back, connect a flat, two-by-two, light-gray piece. Across the top two circles of these, attach a flat, light-gray, one-by two piece with a smooth top. Directly in front of each two-by-two piece, attach a light-gray piece with a 1-by-3 circled area at the back and a smooth slanted area at the front. The wider end should be at the bottom. Atop the middle circle of these and one circle of the piece behind, attach a flat, rectangular black piece with a single-circle top. To these, snap on a dark-gray circular piece with a single attachment circle at its center. To one of these, attach a long, black gun. To the other, attach a shorter gray gun.
On top of the compartment, place a flat 1-by-2 light-gray piece at the back, and a flat 1-by-2 dark-gray piece with a bar attachment at the front, with the bar attachment facing forwards. To this bar, clip the flat, light-gray front panel. To the bottom snap a flat, light-gray 2-by-2 piece with a cylindrical attachment extending from the bottom.
Build the leg base. Slide the black piece with two cylindrical holes onto the long gray cylindrical bar. Then attach a light-gray piece with two perpendicular cylindrical openings onto each end of the bar. Into each of these insert a shorter gray cylindrical bar, then attach to that bar a black piece with a cylindrical opening and a hook or hand.
Build the legs. For each, attach to the existing black hook two consecutive light-gray pieces with pegs compatible with the hooks on one end and a hook on the other. Then bend each leg so one of the pieces is pointing straight downwards and the other is pointing slightly forwards. Attach to each a foot, a rectangular black piece with a flat top and a peg on the back of that top. On the bottom of the foot at the back end, underneath the peg, attach a small gray circular piece. Under the front end of the foot, attach a large gray circular piece.
Attach the legs to the passenger compartment. Insert the cylinder extending from the bottom of the compartment into the cylindrical opening on the top of the leg base.
