Click the front and back wheels into place on the motorcycle body. The wheel has a built-in axle, and the wheel forks have a pair of hooks next to each other. Click the wheel into the forks.
Attach the lights to the front of the vehicle. The light pieces are translucent, and colored blue or yellow. The two blue pieces go on the side, with the angled side upward. The yellow piece goes in the middle, with the high side at the bottom.
Stack two 2-by-1 stud plates on top of each other, with a 2-by-1 flat plate on top. Make two of these units, and attach them to the side of the vehicle, on the back. These become the side compartments of the motor bike.
Attach the 3-by-2-stud plate to the top of the motor bike, with the middle of the piece on the middle of the bike. Stick the red light pieces on the back, and the 1-by-1 hook piece in the middle-back of this plate.
Attach the antenna cup to the top of the hook piece, and clip the radio into the hook.
Affix the police decals on either side of the bike, on the flat plates.
Slide the policeman Minifigure into place on the bike. Put its legs on either side of the thin fin in the center of the bike. Clip the hands to the handlebars.
