Imaginex Dinosaur Playset Instructions

Fisher-Price makes a range of playsets under the Imaginext umbrella. The playsets consist of building blocks and toys with different themes such as dinosaurs and Batman. The playset components are designed to be used interchangeably. If your child enjoys dinosaurs, the Imaginext dinosaur set is perfect for developing spatial and building skills. The dinosaurs are sold separately and many of them are animated by AAA batteries. For example, the T-Rex burps and roars when switched on. The toys are suitable for children ages 3 to 8.

  Lay out the Imgaginext playset so that your child can examine all the components. Open the battery bay in dinosaurs that move and insert the AAA batteries. Take note of the battery orientation diagram to ensure that the batteries are inserted correctly. Show your child how to switch the dinosaur on.

  Show your child how each building block has small protrusions on the top and corresponding receptors on the bottom.

  Click some of the pieces together and encourage your child to do the same. Together you can build buildings, pathways and bridges for the dinosaurs. Once your environment is built, you can play games with the dinosaurs.
