How to Build a Transformer Robot

In "Transformers," Optimus Prime, leader of the friendly Autobots, leads his team of robots against Megatron, the leader of the evil Decepticons. You can build your own Transformer using Lego construction blocks. Lego streamlined this process with their Lego Factory program. This program, which is downloaded on your computer, allows you to build a custom Lego, buy it from Lego and assemble the real thing at home.

Instructions

  Open your Internet browser and go to the Lego Factory website (see Resources).

  Download the Lego Factory program and install it to your computer.

  Open Lego Factory. Click on a Lego block and drag it to the center. Build the Transformer to your liking by continuing to drag Lego blocks onto each other.

  Click the "Upload" button, the Lego block with an arrow inside of it, once your Transformer design is finished.

  Click "Check Price." You can then purchase your Transformer design. It will be shipped to your house with instructions on how to put it together.
