How to Make a LEGO Robot on AOL

LEGOs are so customizable because there are so many pieces available. While any concoction you dream of can be built with LEGO pieces, it costs a lot of money to do so. However, you can build your own LEGO designs online with LEGO Factory, LEGO's official computer LEGO-building computer program. One thing many kids like to build is a robot.

  Open your Internet browser and go to LEGO Factory, LEGO's official website for building custom LEGOs. Look in the references for the link.

  Download, then install the LEGO Factory program provided in the references link.

  Open LEGO Factory.

  Build your custom LEGO robot. All of the blocks and connection pieces that are available in real LEGOs are available in LEGO Factory. Figure out what kind of robot you want to build. Decide if you want to build a humanoid, which is a robot that looks like a human; a robot that rides on wheels; or a completely unique robot that only exists in your head. Connect the LEGO pieces from the right side of the screen by clicking on the pieces and dragging them to the center. The pieces will snap together just like real LEGO blocks.
