How to Make a LEGO Z-6 Rotary Cannon

The Z-6 Rotary Cannon is a weapon used by the Clone Army in the "Star Wars" universe. It's a powerful, heavy assault weapon with rotating barrels capable of firing laser beams rapidly in succession. It is equivalent to the modern minigun but with laser capabilities. It can be carried by a LEGO Clone Trooper Minifig and makes a powerful addition to your lineup. Building one requires the right pieces but takes only a few minutes.

Things You'll Need

Megaphone
1-by-1-stud plate with side hand clip
Pump head
Gray Technic rod with knob
Technic spacer
Technic washer

Instructions

  Attach a 1-by-1-stud plate with side hand clip to the open mouth of the megaphone piece.

  Clip the pump head into the hand clip. Point the nozzle of the clip outward.

  Push the Technic spacer and washer onto the knob-ended rod. Push the spacer down to the knob end. Slide the spacer onto the other end of the rod, just at the tip.

  Attach the knob end of the clip to the hand clip on the body of the gun.

  Clip the megaphone handle into the Minifig's right hand. Attach the pump nozzle to the character's left hand. The gun will point at about a 45-degree angle away from the character.
