Instructions
Attach two 12-by-1-stud bricks to the edges of a 2-by-2-stud brick with Technic pins on the sides. These pins will become the axles. There should be an empty 1-stud row on the lower bricks on the front and back of the vehicle.
Place a 2-by-1-stud brick with corrugated sides at the back of the vehicle. Place a 2-by-2 upward angled brick on the front.
Flip the model over and place three more 2-by-2 axle bricks on the bottom. There should be a 1-stud space between two bricks. You should now have five axles on the base of the model. Flip it upright.
Place a 2-by-3 wing-shaped brick on the front of the model, with the angled side facing outward. Place the opposite wing-shaped brick on the other side to form the nose.
Insert a red 2-by-2-brick with a Technic pin into the center of a 1-by-4-stud brick with Technic holes. Place the red brick on the body of the model with the 1-by-4 against the back of the wing bricks. Place a gray 2-by-2 brick behind that.
Place two more wing-shaped bricks behind the gray brick. The angled bricks should point outward and toward the back of the machine. Place another corrugated brick behind this piece and a 2-by-4-stud flat plate on the back of the model.
Attach a black 2-by-1 plate and a crimson 2-by-1 plate on the back of the model. The black piece should be at the very back. Put a 2-by-1 vent plate atop the corrugated brick.
Place a 2-by-2 brick between the corrugated brick and the plates on the end of the model. Put a 2-by-2 angled brick on the back of the machine. Attach a second 2-by-2 angled brick in front of the vent plate.
Put a pair of 1-by-1 bricks with side knobs in front of the angled brick. The knobs should point outward. Place 2-by-1 bricks with two Technic holes in front of that. Insert blue Technic pins with knobs into the sides of these bricks -- there should be four in all.
Place black 2-by-3 wings on top of the nose pieces on the front of the model. Place a 1-by-4 plate behind the wings on the model. Put a pair of 2-by-4-stud nose bricks on top of this to create a curved nose on the front of the model. Put a 2-by-6-stud plate (with holes in it) on top of the model behind the nose.
Attach a crimson 2-by-1 flat plate to the center of a 4-by-2-stud angled brick. Place a pair of binoculars pointing to the side of the brick on the side. Make two of these pieces and attach them to the Technic pins on the side of the model.
Insert a T-shaped handle into the hole in the center of a 1-by-1-stud round brick. Make two units. Place these on the side of the model on the knobs behind the side-mounted angle pieces.
Place an antenna in the center of a 2-by-1-stud flat plate with a single knob on top. Place this on the back of the model in front of the rear-most angled brick.
Place a 2-by-2 round plate on the top of the model at the front of the 2-by-6 plate. The hole in the middle of the round plate should match with the hole below. Attach a round 1-by-1 brick to the bottom of a tall rod. Insert this rod into the hole. This is the radar unit.
Attach a pump head to the top of the model in the center, and three studs behind the radar unit.
Attach all 10 wheels to the axles on the bottom.
