Things You'll Need
Instructions
Grab one long blue piece that is only one peg wide, sixteen long and has side holes, as well as three rectangle pieces that are six pegs long and two wide. Place two of the rectangle pieces against each other, the longer sides touching each other.
Connect one end of the long blue piece to the end pegs of the two rectangles. The long piece should be connected to four pegs at this point. On the other end of the long piece, connect to the two end pegs of third rectangle piece.
Place this construction in front of you so that the single rectangle is on the left side, the two connected rectangles are on the right and the long piece is on the top.
Grab one yellow rectangle piece (four pegs long, two across), a green piece (two long, one wide), two blue pieces (one wide, four long), and another long blue piece (1 wide, 16 long).
Connect the long blue piece like you did the other long piece, but on the other end of the rectangle pieces already in place. The two blue pieces (1 by 4) should be placed perpendicular to the long blue pieces that are now in place, and these new pieces should run along the outer edge of the two rectangle pieces put in place in the previous steps.
Place the yellow piece in the top right corner on the two rectangle pieces. Put the small green piece on the single rectangle piece, on the middle two pegs that run perpendicular to the long blue pieces.
Grab two red spoked pieces that look like wheels, one yellow (two pegs wide and two across), two long black pegs that will act as your wheel axels, two gray inserts that go over the end of those black pegs, one gray Mindstorms housing unit, one small white spoked piece that fits on the side of the housing unit, and one black cord that has a two by two pegged Lego on each end.
Look on the side of the 16 peg pieces and find the hole that is second from the far left. Poke one of the black pegs straight through that hole and on to the same hole as the other long piece. Place one gray insert on each end of this black peg. Find the hole that is second in from the right end on the long piece and poke through to the other side as well. Place a red spoked wheel on the outer ends of this black peg.
Secure the yellow piece (2 by 2) on top of one Lego end of the black cord. Place this on top of the gray housing unit, where it is black.
Grab the yellow electronic unit with buttons, two small black and yellow wheels, two large black and yellow wheels and one blue piece (6 by 2).
Place large wheels on the right black peg and the small wheels on the peg on the left end. Secure the yellow electronic unit on top, with the end touching the far left side of your unit.
Connect the other Lego Piece on the black cord on the four pegs that are closest to the red Power button on the electronic unit. The blue rectangle piece runs from the left black Lego cord piece towards the back of your car.
