How to Build a Lego Motorcycle

Get creative with Legos and build a motorcycle. Legos are an excellent way to spend quality time with your child cultivating their imagination. The possibilities are endless with Legos. Use the tips below to make a basic motorcycle, and then tweak it according to personal tastes.

Things You'll Need

2 2x2 bricks
2x2 tile
6x2 technic brick
1x2 half stud
4 1x4 plates
2 wheels
2x2 roof brick
4 short rods

Instructions

  Begin with the technic brick, a piece that has holes in the side. Add the roof brick at one end of the technic brick, with the contour sloping down to the middle of the piece.

  Stack the two 2x2 bricks on top of one another. Place those on top of the technic brick, at the complete opposite end of the technic brick. This should leave an exposed space in the middle of the technic brick that is 2x2.

  Place the 2x2 tile on top of the exposed part of the technic brick. This is the seat of the motorcycle.

  Get two of the rods, and place one each in the first and last hole of the technic brick. Attach to each end of each rod four if the 1x4 plates.

  Place the other two rods through the wheels. Attach to each end of the rods the opposite ends of the 1x4 plates.

  Place the final piece, the half stud, on top of the roof brick. Find a piece to place on top of the half stud for the handle bars or steering wheel. This can be variety of things that can be found in a basic Lego set.
