Dinosaur Toys & Games

Preschoolers love dinosaurs and are intrigued by them much the way they are monsters. Because dinosaurs are real and not imaginary, children can act out their fears about monsters, as well as other feelings, such anger, powerlessness and control. Dinosaurs are a learning tool and offer a teachable moment. Children can learn the names of dinosaurs and the various facts that go along with them, facilitating a curiosity about the world. Older children also enjoy dinosaurs and learning about the prehistoric age they lived in.
