My Scene Doll Hairstyles

My Scene fashion dolls were introduced in 2002 by Mattel. They are similar to Barbie dolls, with slim bodies and large heads. They have large eyes and lips with a lot of makeup. My Scene dolls come in multiple characters with different personalities and fashions. You can do your doll's hair in many different styles to accentuate your doll's personality.
  1. Half Ponytail

    • For a simple, sweet look, put your My Scene doll's hair into a half ponytail. Pull the top half of her hair to the back and secure with a ponytail holder. You can make the hairstyle fancier by adding a barrette, flower or bow. You can leave the bangs on the Delancey My Scene doll down or pin them back with a bobby pin.

    Messy Updo

    • To make your My Scene doll look relaxed, style her hair into a messy updo. Pull her hair to the back and pull out a few strands around her face. Don't smooth out the bumps and secure her hair into a ponytail. If you have Kennedy, Madison, Chelsea or Nia, you can wrap the long hair around the ponytail to make a bun and secure it with bobby pins.

    Side Part

    • Chelsea and Madison come with deep side parts in their hair. For the other dolls, you can change the middle parts into side parts for an easy different look. Try parts that are slightly to the side and parts that are back closer to the ears.

    Bangs

    • Delancey comes with straight choppy bangs in her hair. You can give your My Scene doll the same straight bangs or cut them into side swept bangs. Comb the front of the hair down the doll's face and trim it just above the doll's eyebrows. Remember that once you cut you My Scene doll's hair you can't change it back.

    Pigtails

    • Pigtails will make your My Scene doll look sweet and childish. Part your doll's hair down the center and secure each side with a ponytail holder. You can leave the pigtails low or secure them high by the doll's ears. Add barrettes to each side or tie the hair with ribbons.

    Braid

    • Braid your My Scene doll's hair for a fancy look. Do a simple braid on Madison and Nia's long hair or a french braid on dolls with shorter hair. You can also pull your doll's hair into pigtails and braid them. Add a hippy vibe to your doll's hair by adding a couple small thin braids to her flowing hair.
