About Adora Dolls
Adora Dolls have lifelike faces. They are crafted with smooth Caresslyn Vinyl, which looks very much like fine bisque porcelain and is infused with a realistic baby scent. Adora Dolls are available in infant, toddler and adolescent and in both male and female. Each doll comes with a costume and accessories. Adora Dolls are manufactured in China outfitted with costumes made in the United States. All dolls are poseable and have a full shoulder plate so you don't see cloth shoulders. The wigs are high quality and come in a variety of colors and styles. The eyes have open-and-close lids and lifelike eyelashes.
Collections
Adora has a stock collection and also releases limited-edition collections such as dolls representing countries from around the world and licensed sets such as the Wizard of Oz collection and the Girl Scouts of America collection. Adora makes only 150 to 400 dolls per limited-edition collection, enhancing their collectible status.
Birth Certificates
Adora created a line of dolls called Name Your Own Baby. This line is no longer available, but every Adora Doll comes with a birth certificate, which has a space for you to give a special name to your doll.

You can buy an Adora Doll directly from the Charisma Brands website or at high-end retail stores. The Adora website has a store locator search function so you can find retailers in your area. When you buy online, you can choose your doll according to hair color, eye color, ethnicity, limited edition or face and head style. Baby dolls are priced as low as $25 and run as high as $200.
