Instructions
Check the switch. Make sure the "On/off/try me" switch is set to "On." When the doll is packaged by the manufacturer, it is set to the "Try me" mode. The switch is located on the doll's back.
Change batteries. If the Baby Alive Better Now Baby does not respond when the switch is set to "On," remove the batteries and replace. Insert four 1.5V AA or LR6 size alkaline batteries. The battery compartment is located on the doll's back.
Contact customer service. If the Baby Alive Better Now Baby is still not activated after completing Steps One and Two, contact customer service at 1-800-255-5516.
