Repairing a vinyl doll's leg can be tricky. According to doll restoration professionals, regular glue does not work very well for repairs. If the vinyl is torn, specialists usually recommend replacing the leg. If you don't want to do that, try laminate floor glue, recommended by some professionals. You can buy it at a flooring supply store or from an online vendor.
