How to Fold an American Girl Sleeping Bag

  Zip up the doll sleeping bag completely on the bottom and side edges and lay it out flat with the underside of the sleeping bag facing up. Identify the underside of the sleeping bag by the zipper compartment used for storing the folded bag.

  Fold the bag in half lengthwise with the zipper compartment on top.

  Fold the bag in quarters from the bottom edge toward the zipper compartment at the top of the sleeping bag. When the folded bag reaches the zipper compartment, slide the folded bag inside the compartment neatly.

  Insert the pillow into the zipper compartment neatly.

  Zip the compartment closed along the bottom edge.

  Follow the same steps to fold a child-size American Girl sleeping bag. The design is identical, except the larger bag does not include a pillow.
