How to Create a Prototype of a Doll

Creating a one of a kind doll takes artistic skill, but if you are considering marketing your doll to the general public, it will also mean creating a prototype. A prototype is a three-dimensional object that represents your vision. It is the original, full scale model of your doll that will serve as the basis for the commercially produced dolls. Besides assembling your prototype doll, you will need to take steps to protect your original design. These steps are as important as casting a mold or sculpting a face. These are the steps that will protect your ownership and your rights to your prototype doll.
