Things You'll Need
Instructions
Remove all furniture and dolls from the dollhouse to make it easier to work with.
Purchase a small tape measure, such as the ones used for sewing. Measure the length and the height of each wall that you want to wallpaper in the dollhouse. Take the measurements one room at a time, and write each room's measurements together in a group on a piece of paper.
Unroll the wallpaper on a flat surface with the back side facing upward. You can purchase specialized doll house wallpaper, which comes in smaller sizes, or use traditional wallpaper.
Place a ruler on the wallpaper, and transfer the measurements of each wall onto the paper using a pencil. When you finish, you should have a series of squares or rectangles, depending on the shape of the walls.
Cut the squares out carefully using a pair of scissors. Label each wall as you cut it out so that you don't get them confused. For example, the living room walls could be labeled as LR left, LR right and LR back.
Identify the position of windows and doors on the dollhouse walls, and hold the corresponding piece of wallpaper up to the wall. Trace around the door or window with a pencil, and then cut out the openings using a pair of scissors.
Tear off pieces of double sided tape that correspond to the width of the paper for one wall. Place the first piece of tape at the very top of the paper as close to the edge as possible. Place two to three additional pieces of tape at equally spaced distances underneath the first piece. Make sure the bottom piece of tape is as close to the bottom as possible.
Pick up the wallpaper, and place it onto the proper wall in the dollhouse. Press down on the wallpaper with firm pressure to secure it to the wall.
Repeat the process to install all of the remaining wallpaper pieces in the dollhouse.
