Instructions for a Loopin' Lizard

The K'NEX Loopin' Lizard is a contraption that you can build using a motorized pulley and various K'NEX pieces. With a Loopin' Lizard, balls go up, then roll down along a track created by K'NEX pieces before being pulled back up again in a never ending cycle. There is no single right way to build a K'NEX Loopin' Lizard. As long as you connect the K'NEX track to the pulley, you can make a simple Loopin' Lizard or an incredibly elaborate one.

     Place the pulley in the center of where your Loopin' Lizard will be.

     Build the track around the pulley, starting at the bottom and working your way up.

     Connect the track to both the bottom and top ends of the pulley.

   • 4

     Turn the motorized pulley on and place the balls on the track. The balls will go around the Loopin' Lizard until you turn the pulley off.
