Use the Hello Kitty Text Messenger to keep in touch with your friends. This electronic toy lets young girls send text messages to their friends, without needing a cell phone or data plan. Girls also have the ability to send messages to others that have a Hello Kitty Text Messenger. It sends messages using an infrared signal, similar to the one used on a television remote. You need to be within 30 feet of each other to send and receive messages.

Instructions

  Push the "ID" button. Create a four-digit password to protect your Hello Kitty Text Messenger. Write it down and keep it in a safe place.

  Push the "Chat" button. Press "RECV" so you can receive messages. Enter your message, using the keypad.

  Push the "Send" button when satisfied. Push "ICQ Call" to send the message to another Hello Kitty Text Messenger.

  Press the "Enter" button to save your message for later use. Press "Private Call" and "Enter" to send the message privately to a friend.
