DIY: Turbo Twist Math Instructions

Open the battery case cover on the bottom of the Turbo Twist. Insert four AA batteries. Close the battery case. Press the "ON" button to turn on the unit.

Enter your name. Click the "SLAM" button on the right side of the unit. This is the large button on the end. Press the "UP" and "DOWN" arrow buttons to cycle through the letters. Press the "SLAM" button to select the letter and move to the next blank. Press the "GAMES" button when finished. Press the "SLAM" button to confirm the name.

Select the type of game you wish to play. Press the "GAMES" button. Use the "UP" and "DOWN" arrow buttons to cycle through the available games. Press the "SLAM" button to start the selected game. Turbo Twist Math comes with six game modes. They range from flash card style games like "Learn It" to multiplayer games that allow up to four people to participate.

Set the options for the selected game. Use the "UP" and "DOWN" arrow buttons to scroll through any pregame options and the "SLAM" button to select each option. For example, the "Practice Tables" game requires you to select between multiplication, addition, subtraction and division followed by the number you want to use as a base. Press the "SLAM" button to begin the game. Not all game modes have options to set.

Play the selected game. Wait for the Turbo twist to display a math problem. For "Practice Tables" and "Beat the Clock" games, rotate the number dial to the correct digit and press the "SLAM" button to enter the digit as the answer. For other game modes, wait for the Turbo Twist to display the correct answer and push the "SLAM" button.
