Instructions
Make a 3/4-inch slit at both ends of the PVC pipe.
Tie a knot in the end of the nylon string.
Slip the knot through the cut in one end of the PVC pipe. Bend the pipe slightly to create a bow shape. This is easiest if the end of the pipe with the knot is placed on the floor and pressure is applied from the top of the pipe.
Measure the length of string needed to stretch from one end of the bow to the other and cut. The string should be approximately 1 foot shorter than the PVC pipe. Knot the end and slip it through the other cut in the pipe.
Wrap duct tape around the center of the PVC pipe to create a handle. The handle should be several inches wide. Layer the duct tape multiple times to add thickness.
