- Medium pot
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp. cream of tartar
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup salt
- Food coloring

Place the flour into the pot. Add water, cream of tartar, oil and salt. Turn the stove to medium heat.

Stir the ingredients consistently until the ingredients are well-incorporated. The texture should resemble play dough.

Scoop the dough onto a counter and kneed. Divide the dough into four parts.

Dent the top of each section of dough with your fingers. Add the food coloring and then squeeze the dough until the coloring is well-incorporated.
