How to Set Up Piccolo Fun Paddle Blades

The Piccolo Fun is a mini helicopter model from Ikarus, a company based in Europe. The little helicopter will fly as long as you assemble it correctly. Part of the assembly involves setting up the paddle blades. These blades look like boat paddles and are located on top of the other Piccolo Fun helicopter blades. The paddle blades aren̵7;t directly wired so they are easier to set up than the rest of the Piccolo Fun.

Things You'll Need

Phillips screwdriver
Wrench

Instructions

  Slip the paddle shaft into the hole in the rotor head plate.

  Attach the fly bar control arms to either side of the rotor head plate. Use the screwdriver to tighten the screws in place. Tighten the nuts on the bottom end of the screws with the wrench.

  Slip the paddles over each end of the paddle shaft until they are lined up with the hole in the shaft.
- 4
  Place a screw in the hole through the paddle and the shaft using the screwdriver. Tighten the nut on the bottom of the screw. Repeat with the other paddle blade.
