Instructions for the Pop Star Dressing Room Tent

Kids have been making tents and forts from blankets, pillows, and kitchen chairs for generations. Pacific Play Tents has created permanent but portable play tents in many designs, including the Pop Star Dressing Room tent. These play tents for children can provide hours of entertainment but can also provide hours of headaches for the frustrated parent trying to assemble it --- especially if yours is secondhand or did not come with instructions. Minimize the hassle with simplified and easy-to-understand step-by-step directions.

Instructions

    • 1

Assemble each individual pole by clicking together the pieces held together by the bungee cord inside. You should have two long blue poles, two short blue poles, four red poles, one long white pole and four short white poles.

    • 2

Make a rectangle with the four blue poles; place the two long poles parallel to each other, do the same with the short poles.

    • 3

Place the four red poles upright into the holes at each corner of your newly formed rectangle. These poles will form the corners of your playhouse.

    • 4

Attach the long yellow poles to the top of the red poles. They will run parallel to the long blue poles on the bottom of the structure.

    • 5

Insert a short white pole into the hole at each end of the yellow poles. When attached properly, they will lean inward to make a triangle "roof" shape.

    • 6

Connect the long white pole to the short white poles using the attached receptacles. The body of your play tent is now complete.

    • 7

Slide the nylon tent material over the completed frame.

    • 8
Your child will love his new play tent.

Turn the tent on its side; the corners of the frame will fit inside the pockets inside the tent, which will prevent the nylon tent material from coming off during play.
