How to Get the Tech Deck Wheels on the Skateboard

Riding a skateboard can be fun, but without the proper skills and training it can be hard to perform the tricks that pros can pull off. The Teck Deck line of miniature skateboards takes the dangers out of riding a full-sized skateboard and allows you to do your own tricks using your fingers. These decks are just like normal skateboards and have interchangeable parts that you can take off and replace, such as the wheels.

Instructions

    • 1

Flip your Tech Deck skateboard upside down so that it is resting on its top. Remove the "Skateboard Tool" that came with the skateboard from the packaging. You will notice that there are two ends to the tool -- one end that looks like screwdriver and the other with a ball shape on the end.

    • 2

Hold the tool with the ball shape end facing out. Insert the ball into the space in the middle of one of the wheels that you wish to remove. Turn the tool to the left and it will lock into place. Continue to turn the tool to the left until the wheel is removed from the truck.

    • 3

Repeat Step 2 until all of the wheels you want to take off are removed. Take the first wheel that you want to get onto the Tech Deck and place it on the end of the tool. Use the tool to connect the wheel to the truck and turn the tool to the right to tighten it down until it is secure.

    • 4

Repeat Step 3 for each wheel that you want to add to the Tech Deck. Keep the old wheels and the tool because you can reuse them if you want to switch the new wheels for the original ones or with new wheels you can purchase from the same location you got the Tech Deck.
