How to Fix a Bobblehead

Bobbleheads make excellent decorations for your car, home or office, but a bobblehead doll can only bobble so much before its head falls off. Luckily, repairing a bobblehead is a process that can be finished in just a few minutes. Once the bobblehead is repaired, it will resume its duties as your primary distraction. Most broken bobble heads are the result of glue that simply could not hold on any longer.

Instructions

    • 1

Examine the bottom of the bobble head's head. You should see a small point that goes inside the spring on the neck.

    • 2

Check the neck post of your bobblehead. The spring slides down around the neck post, but if your neck post is broken you will need to fix that as well.

    • 3

To fix the broken neck post, apply a small amount of hot glue and re-attach the piece that fell off. Allow the glue to dry.

    • 4

Slide the spring down over the neck post and secure it with a couple of dabs of hot glue.

    • 5

Apply a small amount of glue to the point inside the head and slide that point into the top end of the spring. Allow the glue to set. Once it is dry, your bobblehead will be back in working order.
