Instructions

    • 1

Create the coat. Lay a white 2-by-4 plate on a flat surface on its lengthy side. It should look like a rectangle. Place one red 1-by-2 brick on both edges of the white plate.

    • 2

Insert a red 1-by-2 brick in between the two red 1-by-2 bricks at the back edge of the white 2-by-4 plate. This is the back bottom portion of the coat. Place a red Technic brick 1-by-2, Ø4.9, brick in front of the red brick. This is the front bottom portion of Santa's coat.

    • 3

Place a white 2-by-4 plate on top of the structure. Connect a red 1-by-2 brick on the right edge of the white plate. Then place another red 1-by-2 brick close to the other red brick on the back studs on the white plate. Both red pieces should lay against each other and form an "L" shape.

    • 4

Insert a Technic Brick 1-by-2, Ø4.9, in the opening of the two red 1-by-2 bricks. There should be two studs still showing on the left side of the white 2-by-4 brick. Connect a red "Brick Corner 1-by-2-by-2" piece on the two studs. A small part of the brick should extend from the structure. Add a yellow 1-by-1 plate underneath the red "Brick Corner 1-by-2-by-2" piece. This is the body of the structure.

    • 5

Create the arms. Place a red "Roof Tile 1-by-2/45°" piece on the two studs at the back of the structure of the red "Brick Corner 1-by-2-by-2" piece. Connect a red 1-by-2 brick next to the red "Roof Tile 1-by-2/45°" piece. Place a red "Roof Tile 1-by-2 Inv." next to the red 1-by-2 brick. All three pieces should sit at the back of the structure.

    • 6

Connect two red "Roof Tile 1-by-2/45°" pieces in front of the back pieces, horizontally. The back of the pieces should face each other to add two studs.

    • 7

Add the buttons on Santa's coat. Insert a white "Round Plate 1-by-1" piece in the two red "Technic Brick 1-by-2, Ø4.9" pieces in the front of the structure.

    • 8

Create the beard. Connect the white 1-by-2 plate, horizontally, underneath the shorter edge of a white 2-by-4 plate. Place the white 2-by-4 plate, vertically, where the white 1-by-2 plate is facing the front of the structure. The white 1-by-2 piece should touch the structure and the back of the white 2-by-4 plate should extend by two studs away from the structure.

    • 9

Finish the upper part of the structure. Place a white "Round Plate 1-by-1" piece on top of the stud of the red "Roof Tile 1-by-2/45°" piece that you added earlier to the left of the structure. The front of the structure should face you. Place a white "Round Plate 1-by-1" piece on top of the other white piece. Then, connect a red "Roof Tile 1-by-2 Inv." on top of the two white pieces.

    • 10

Connect a red "Roof Tile 1-by-2/45°" piece on top of the red "Roof Tile 1-by-2 Inv." piece to the right of the structure that you added earlier. Add a yellow 1-by-1 plate on top of the red "Roof Tile 1-by-2/45°" piece.

    • 11

Form the head structure. Add a white "Roof Tile 2-by-2/45°" piece on the two studs at the back of the white 2-by-4 plate that you added earlier for the beard. The white "Roof Tile 2-by-2/45°" piece should sit where the sloped part is facing the back of the structure.

    • 12

Add a "Brick 1-by- 2 with a Santa Face Pattern" in the middle of the white 2-by-4 plate where the head sits two studs behind the white 2-by-4 plate and the added white 1-by-2 plate pieces that were added earlier for the beard.

    • 13

Connect a white 2-by-2 plate on top of the Santa's head piece and the white "Roof Tile 2-by-2/45° that is behind Santa's head. Connect a black "Angular Brick 1-by-1" piece on top of the yellow 1-by-1 plate that is on top of the red "Roof Tile 1-by-2/45°" piece that was added in step 10. The circle part of the black piece should face you.

    • 14

Add a red 1-by-2 brick, vertically, on top of the white 2-by-2 plate to the right that is on top of Santa's head. Connect two red "Roof Tile 1-by-2/45°" pieces next to each other on the last two studs on the white 2-by-2 plate where it, also, connects to the red "Roof Tile 1-by-2 Inv." to the left of the structure. This completes the head and body of Santa Claus.

    • 15

Add legs and feet. Connect one black 1-by-2 plate on one of the studs of a black "Round Brick 1-by-1" piece. This is the foot and the leg. Repeat this step for the second leg and connect both pieces in the middle at the bottom of the structure.

    • 16

Create the gift bag. Connect a gray 2-by-2 plate on top of a gray "Roof Tile 2-by-2/45° Inv." piece. Place a gray "Roof Tile 2-by-2/45°" on top of the gray 2-by-2 plate. Add a gray 2-by-2 plate on top of the gray "Roof Tile 2-by-2/45°" piece. With the Santa figure still facing you, connect the bag structure underneath the arm that is on the left of you and you're done.
