Insert the white plastic wheel on top of the metal wheel. Slide the protrusions on the top wheel until they sink in front of the protrusions of the metal wheel below for barrage mode. Slide the protrusions for the top plastic wheel until they press against the back of the protrusions of the bottom metal wheel for assault mode.
Turn Meteo over until the metal wheel is facing up. Insert the spin track into the center of the metal wheel, and hold the two with your fingers and flip Meteo so the plastic wheel is facing up. Insert the face bolt into the center of the plastic wheel so that it sits in the spin track. Tighten the two together by turning the face bolt to the right with your fingers. Tighten it an extra half turn with the plastic socket wrench provided with the game.
Turn Meteo over again. Insert the performance tip into the opening of the spin track. Turn the performance tip to the right with your fingers, and tighten it again with the plastic socket wrench.
Insert the face bolt into the launcher.
Hold the launcher with one hand near your track, or wherever you wish to launch Meteo L Drago. Swiftly pull the grip until it fully comes out of the launcher, and Meteo L Drago is launched onto the track, spinning furiously.
