Instructions for Shake & Bobble Pirate Ship

The Shake 'N Bobble Pirate Ship is fun for young children because it adds interactive features to playtime. The ship comes assembled and only needs to have batteries placed into it prior to use. There are a number of accessories included. Magnets are used to keep the two characters (the Bobbles) on board.

Instructions

      Turn the Shake 'N Bobble Pirate Ship upside down. Remove the screw from the battery compartment lid, using a Phillips jeweler's screwdriver. Insert the correct type and number of batteries inside the battery compartment. Close the lid and reattach the screw. Place the ship on the floor right side up.

      Look inside the treasure chest to see the "gold" it is filled with. Place the treasure chest on the deck of the ship next to the driver (the "pilot") so it will be taken away with you when you set sail.

      Pretend to place a "cannonball" in the front of the cannon. Place the cannon on the deck so that you can use ti to attack other ships. Pull the tab at the back of the cannon out. Release the tab to "fire" the cannon.

      Turn the knob next to the "anchor" counterclockwise so that the ship can set sail.

      Place the two Bobble pirates on the deck. Move the pirates so that one is at the front (the "bow") while the other is at the rear (the "stern"). Rotate the mast of the sail so that it will catch the wind and move the ship forward.

      Press in on the driver's head to start the ship rocking and "bobbling" back and forth as it "sails" the Seven Seas, searching for adventure. Push the ship along on its wheels. Press in on the fish at the base of the ship to hear pirate songs and listen to Seagulls calling out and the sounds of the ocean,

      Place the Shark in the path of the ship. Change the direction that the ship is moving so as to avoid the Shark.
