Connect the long, black cylindrical "2" piece to the gray "2" piece by inserting it into the bottom of the gray piece. Attach both pieces to the premade body by inserting the black piece into the slot in the middle of the body.
Connect the small gray gear to the gray "2" piece by sliding the gear on the gray piece's front peg. Slide the long black "6" piece through the slot in the gray "2" piece and the small gray gear. Attach the gray cylindrical screw end to the back of the black piece and the gray "2" piece. Slide the large gray gear and another cylindrical screw end onto the front of the black piece, so both gray gears are next to each other, with the smaller gear located closer to the body.
Slide a small gray gear into the gear slot on the right side of the body. Secure the gear by sliding the long black "3" piece through the right side and out the left side, then place a black end cap on it.
Insert another long black "3" piece into the top of the gray "2" piece. Insert the long black "5" piece into the middle slot on the bottom of the body.
Attach the bright blue head piece into the gray head piece, then slide both to the top of the black "3" piece.
Connect the three pieces that make the legs. They are not numbered, but they are packaged together and are made to resemble the joints of legs. Join the black leg piece to the top joint of the gray piece, then the bottom joint of the gray piece to the top of the white piece. Connect this to the body by sliding it over the black "5" piece. Repeat this step for the other leg. Secure the feet by sliding the smooth black cylinder through the foot and securing it on the other side with a bolt.
Connect the three arm pieces. These pieces are not numbered, but they will be packaged together and resemble portions of a robot's arm. Join the top black piece to the top joint of the gray piece, then the bottom black piece to the bottom joint of the gray piece. Connect the arms to the body by sliding them over the piece labeled "5" on each side. Attach the arm shield connectors by sliding them through the arm joint and into the piece labeled "5."
Click the face plate into the gray piece on the head. Attach the black connector to the right hand. Connect the gray sword to the right hand by sliding it into the black connector. Click the shield piece into the left hand. Attach the skates to the feet by sliding onto the bottom of the feet, then securing them with a gray nut and bolt.
