Instructions
Look for the toy on Walmart.com. Click "Choose My Store" on the right side of the Walmart.com home page, enter your ZIP code, click the "Find a Store" button and then click the "Make This My Store" button next to the store that had the toy. Click the "Search" field, select "Toys" from the drop-down menu, type the name of the toy in the "Search" field and then click "Go" to find the toy and see if it is still available at the store or online.
Contact or visit the Walmart that sold the toy and describe it, including its name, model number or manufacturer if you have the information, to a toy department representative to find out if the toy is in stock in the store, at another Walmart or available to order. If the toy isn't available, ask the representative for recommendations for other non-Walmart store locations where you might find the toy. If the representative was able to find the toy based on a description, but can't get it for you, ask for the toy name, model number and manufacturer information to reference during your search.
Email Walmart.com Customer Service if representatives at the local store couldn't assist. Go to the "Email Walmart.com" online form. Click the Subject field, select "Product Information" from the drop-down menu of options and then add detailed information about the toy that you're trying to find in the "Comments" section. Enter your first and last name, email address and phone number in the provided fields, then click the "Submit" button to send your request.
Call or visit other local toy stores, or general department stores that have toy departments, and provide details about the toy. If you can't find the toy locally, check with online companies that sell toys.
Go to the website of the toy manufacturer and check if the manufacturer provides a list of retailers that sell the toy; or call the manufacturer for this information.
