How to Detach the Nerf Hornet From the Titan

In addition to manufacturing sports supplies, Nerf makes a full line of dart guns, or "blasters." The Nerf Titan fires small darts, and another blaster, the Nerf Hornet, fires large foam torpedoes. Although the Nerf Titan and Nerf Hornet are sold separately, the base of the Titan's handgrip is fashioned in such a way as to allow it to clip onto the top of other Nerf blasters, like the Hornet. The Hornet can be detached from the Titan in a few easy steps.

     Grasp the rear handle of the Nerf Titan in your right hand. The plastic there is ridged so that users can mount attachments from other blasters like the Hornet there.

     Place the other hand on the top of the Hornet.

     Pull backwards with the hand holding the Titan while shifting the Hornet forward until it snaps off.
