Digi Makeover Instructions

If you want your tween daughter to be able to try new looks easily and quickly, consider getting her the "Digi Makeover" game from GirlTech. The game comes as its own console with a built-in digital camera and the ability to view the progress of the makeover on a television screen. The game is geared toward girls between the ages of 6 and 12, who may want to experiment and look for new styles.

Things You'll Need

4 AA batteries
Audio/Video jacks
Television

Instructions

  Put four AA batteries in the console. Insert the audio and video jacks in the proper ports to connect the game console and a television.

  Hold the front of the console at arm's length and make sure the camera is level with your face. Take a picture of yourself and it will load onto the television screen.

  Select the options on the touchscreen with the stylus that comes with the game. Click on a hairstyle and it will appear on your picture on the television. Click on the color options to change the color of the hairstyle. Click on the makeup option and apply makeup to your face on the screen with the stylus.

  Save the look when you are satisfied. Each makeover is saved within the console so you can go back and see which ones you like best.
