Setup Steps for U.B. Funkeys Plus Disk

The U.B. Funkeys line of toys is a way to interact with your toys in a digital world, even letting you play games with the characters you have collected, and put together a digital home for your toys. These plug into the USB port on your computer through a special hub, included with the starter kits. There were a huge variety of the toys in a host of different series, including "Speed Racer" characters.

Instructions

  Insert the game CD into your computer's CD drive. Double-click the "Funkeys Installation Wizard," and follow the on-screen steps to select somewhere to install the programs, and agree to the end-user license agreement. Wait for the software to install on your machine.

  Plug in the U.B. Funkey hub only when you receive a message saying "U.B. Funkey is not connected. Please plug in the U.B. Funkey and click the Retry button."

  Click the "New Hardware Found," balloon when it pops up. Complete the "New Hardware Wizard" by clicking "next," until your U.B. Hub is set up.

  Click "Retry."

  Insert your U.B. Funkey character into the hub.

  Open the software. You can now play the games on the U.B. Funkeys software. Different Funkeys characters will allow you to access different parts of the world.
