How to Replace the Bulbs on Babel Skill Stop Slot Machine

The Babel Skill Stop Machine is widely used across the country. This type of slot machine has lights in the door and also lights behind the spinning reels. You can replace the bulbs yourself on the Babel slot machine, in the door and behind the glass on the front of the machine. Be sure to refer to your User's Manual to ensure you purchase the correct bulbs at the right wattage for your Babel Skill Stop Machine.

Instructions

  Open the door of the machine by pulling it out on the right side. There are light bulbs placed at the bottom of the door for the belly glass and a long fluorescent strip bulb toward the top of the door. There are also light bulbs on the front of the slot machine behind the glass.

  Remove the individual light bulbs at the bottom of the door. Twist it counterclockwise to remove the housing. Remove the bulb by pulling it straight out. Place the replacement bulb directly into the socket.

  Remove the fluorescent light bulb at the top of the door. Each end of the bulb is inserted into slots. Spin the fluorescent bulb toward you to remove it. Line up the slots of the new bulb on each end and gently twist it toward you to hold it into place.

  Remove the glass from the front of the slot machine. There is a flexible piece at the bottom of the glass that is the length of the front of the slot machine. Pull it up and out to remove it. It has clips that hold it in place. Pull the glass up. Make sure you have a good grip on it. Once you pull it up, place your fingers behind it and slide it down to remove it. There is one long fluorescent bulb behind the glass. Spin it toward you to remove it. Line up the slots of the new bulb on each end and gently twist it toward you to hold it into place. Replace the glass by sliding it in until it fits into the upper slot. Put the flexible plate back in until it clicks into place. Close the door
