Fun Furby Games

Furbys were one of the top selling toys of the 1990s and became so popular that Tiger Electronics and Hasbro released another generation in 2005. Furbys are fluffy virtual pets that come in a variety of shapes, sizes and colors. The chatty electronic critters are interactive and are ready to play with you almost as soon as you take them out of the box.
  1. Furby Programmed Games

    • After you put in the batteries, your Furby is ready for fun. He initially only speaks Furbish-- the language of Furbys-- but you can slowly teach him how to speak English. Furbys need the same things that humans need. You must feed him when he is hungry, or else he will get sick. You must also let him sleep. After initial training and interaction, your Furby can sing and dance for you. He also likes to play "Furby Says," like the traditional game Simon Says, and Hide and Seek.

    Furby Creative Games

    • Because Furbys are larger and fuzzier than some other types of virtual pets, you don't have to limit your play to only the games he has been programmed to play. Does your little sister want to have a tea party? Invite Furby and dress him in doll clothes for the occasion. Want to have fun with your dog? Introduce him to Furby and see your dog reacts. Perform a play for your parents and include Furby or have him crash a party at your Barbie doll house. Get creative, be silly and have fun.

    Multiple Furby Games

    • In addition to playing with you, Furbys can recognize and talk to one another. If you only have one Furby, invite a friend over with his Furby and the four of you can play games together. Furbys will interact when they are sitting within 4 feet of one another and at an angle no greater than 30 degrees. Once they see each other, they will talk and try to get to know each other. They will also dance together. You can play games with several Furbys at the same time.

    Online Games

    • A few online arcade websites have their very own Furby games, like online Furby puzzles and digital Furby paper dolls. Players can dress Furby in costumes and change his colors, eyes and facial expressions. There are also a variety of Furby coloring pages. To play with the Furby coloring pages, simply download them from the internet, print them out, grab your crayons and enjoy!

    Board Games and Puzzles

    • Hasbro and Milton Bradley had a variety of Furby puzzles and board games available during the Furby heyday of the 1990s. The "Furby Adventure Game" and the "Follow the Footprints" game were simple board games where the object was to be the first player to make it around the board. However, many of these products are no longer in production. If you want to play with these games, you will have to get creative. Look for them in thrift shops, at garage sales, or on auction websites like eBay.
