Instructions
Fill a large bucket with water. Pump up your Nerf Magstrike using the pump handle at the bottom of the gun.
Submerge the gun in the bucket of water, making sure the black air magazine at the back of the pistol is thoroughly submerged and clearly visible. Inspect the air magazine to locate the leaking area by watching for tiny bubbles emanating from the micro-fissure. The fissure itself may be invisible to the human eye.
Put your finger over the leak and pull the gun out of the bucket. Pull the trigger to completely empty the air magazine. Thoroughly dry the air magazine without losing sight of the location of the micro-fissure.
Dab a small amount of epoxy-based glue along the area of the air magazine containing the micro-fissure. Make sure the area is thinly but thoroughly covered in glue, then wait 10 minutes for the glue to dry.
Pump up the gun and submerge it in the bucket of water to check that the micro-fissure has been thoroughly sealed. If bubbles still escape, repeat the process until the air magazine is successfully sealed.
