Things You'll Need
Instructions
Insert new batteries into the remote if it is not lighting up or functioning properly. Unscrew the remote's back panel with a Phillips screwdriver and place three new "AA" batteries into the remote. Screw the back panel tight using the screwdriver.
Replace the batteries in the robot if the robot is still not responding to the new remote. Turn the robot on its side. With the Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the screws in the bottom of the feet to remove the panel. Remove the three "D" batteries inside each foot. Replace them with new ones and screw the panel back into place.
Reset the RoboSapien to its default position, if you cannot get the RoboSapien to stand up. Press the "Y" button on the remote.
Move the RoboSapien from bright lights or settings where there are florescent lights. These will mess with the RoboSapien's sensors, causing it to not function properly.
