How to Write on a Paper Plane

Writing on a paper airplane is a fun way to add flair and imagination to your favorite flyer. You can decorate a paper plane any way you want, from realistic military insignia to fanciful slogans or colorful designs like flames, dragons or weapons. It is much easier to write or draw on the paper for a paper air plane when the paper is flat. One simple trick can help you decorate your plane with style.

Instructions

  Examine the plane and decide what part(s) you want to write on.

  Use a pencil to very lightly mark the part(s) of the plane you wish to write on. You can softly trace the entire design or words to verify they will fit.

  Unfold the plane carefully. Lay it flat on a table.

  Use the light pencil marks to show you where to write. Work one section at a time and erase the light pencil marks. Write or draw your words or designs on the plane using a pencil, pen, marker or other writing instrument. Refold the plane when you are finished drawing.
